Partner

Nick is a Partner in the Private Markets Advisory division with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, investments and capital raisings. He has over 17 years’ corporate finance experience across a broad range of sectors including business services, real estate, luxury retail and logistics. Projects have included M&A, retained advisory, investments, independent business reviews, financial due diligence and valuations.

Prior to joining Stonehage Fleming in 2014, Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the corporate finance team of EY, before joining the investment banking businesses of Hawkpoint Partners and then Canaccord Genuity.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Warwick.
