Vivian Haines is a director of Stonehage Fleming Law Limited. He advises high net worth individuals, families and trustees on a broad range of tax, estate planning and wealth structuring issues. He acts as a key adviser to a number of international high net worth families. Vivian also advises on employee share schemes and art law.
Vivian joined the group in 2010 from the tax department of SJ Berwin, and prior to that was a senior associate at Macfarlanes.
Vivian is a graduate of the University of Manchester. He qualified as a solicitor in 2000 holds the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates, a diploma in art law and holds the Investment Management Certificate with the IMC.
