Gillian is a Partner and Head of the Family Office division in Guernsey. Her focus is on cross-border estate and succession planning issues and the establishment of offshore trust and other structures. Gillian is a practising Scottish Solicitor with a high level of national and international legal specialism that she applies to a wide variety of complex issues
She joined the Stonehage Fleming Group in 2023. Prior to this Gillian was Group Director at JTC PLC where she managed the Private Client department. Before this she was Director and Head of Fiduciary Services for Duncan Lawrie Private Banking.
Gillian holds a Bachelor of Laws and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen. She is a member of the Society or Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Notary Public in Scotland.
