Bruce Sinclair
Trustee Director - Family Office
Bruce is a trustee director in our Family Office Division in Jersey and acts on the Board of the Jersey and British Virgin Islands Corporate Directors and Trustees and works with international high net worth families. Bruce has particular skills in drafting technical trust and ancillary instruments and foundation documentation and advising in connection with the ongoing administration and restructuring of complex international structures. Bruce is commercially aware and used to working on complicated client structures.
Bruce joined the Stonehage Fleming Group in November 2021. Prior to joining, Bruce was head of legal for the fiduciary department of an offshore international bank, this involved, amongst other things, providing fiduciary and risk related legal advice and support to the front office in relation to the administration of trust and company structures. Prior to this, Bruce worked as a lawyer in private practice with an international law firm in Jersey and qualified as a solicitor at Dickson Minto W.S., a boutique UK private equity law firm. Bruce is a qualified Scottish solicitor (currently non-practising).Find the right person to speak to.
