Tom joined the Board in 2021. He joined Caledonia Investments in 2017 and heads up Caledonia Private Capital. He also sits on the boards of Seven Investment Management.

Tom started his career in the management consultancy practice of Coopers & Lybrand and he has over 26 years’ private equity experience: at Nova Capital Management, where he was Chief Investment Officer, Baring Private Equity Partners and Morgan Grenfell Private Equity.
