Damien is the Group Head of Reward across all geographies with responsibility for job architecture, performance management and total rewards. He has almost 25 years’ experience in human resources.
Prior to joining the Group in 2023, Damien developed his breadth of skills and experiences in a variety of Human Resources roles across a number of industries. Recent roles include UK and Ireland Reward Lead at EY for nearly 5 years and Global Head of Performance and Reward at Nortal, a leading multinational digital transformation company. Damien is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
