Cecile Schlub
Associate Director
Cécile is Associate Director of Stonehage Fleming in our Legal & Tax Advisory division. She advises clients on establishing their families, trusts and businesses in Monaco, investing in French real estate and navigating the complex French tax landscape. In particular, Cécile advises on French property acquisitions and disposals by non-residents, financing, structuring, wealth tax, and successions. She can assist with French trust reporting, tax returns and the establishment and management of French and Monaco SCIs.
Prior to joining Stonehage Fleming Cécile was previously at HFW in the City of London where she specialised in transactional shipping matters.
Cécile is an England and Wales and Irish qualified solicitor specialising in private international law, international tax, onshore and offshore corporate, trust and commercial law matters. She holds a Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from the College of Law, London, a Master’s of Science degree in European Politics and Governance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in European studies and Italian from the University of Reading and Roma III.
