Lucy Tilley
Group Chief Financial Officer
Lucy is Group Chief Financial Officer of the Stonehage Fleming Group, leading all of the Group’s finance functions. She is a senior member of the management team and is a Member of the Board of Directors. Lucy has extensive experience in Financial Services, both in an advisory capacity and also as a CFO for listed companies.
She joined the Group in May 2025, prior to this Lucy was CFO at AIM listed Mortgage Advice Bureau for nine years, having previously listed the business whilst at Canaccord Genuity. Prior to her experience as CFO, Lucy held investment banking and corporate advisory positions with Canaccord Genuity and WestLB Panmure.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Lucy is a Governor at Holmewood House School and a Trustee of the Mortgage Advice Bureau Foundation.
