My name is Kitty Tate. I'm head of
content here at Stonehenge Fleming and I've been
here for just under five years over which time I've
seen the tone of voice really evolve. We've
worked on several new projects that have allowed
us to join the big conversations of the day. And one
of those is about gender equality and diversity.
I've loved working on Stone Age
Fleming 15. It's a project that's already brought
new people through our doors women who are building
businesses and pioneering initiatives that are
shaping our times and the communities around us
if we can understand what makes them tick we
can learn so much more about our clients our
staff and ultimately the kind of business that
we want to be.
