After much consideration and lively debate, Stonehage Fleming XV (SFXV) judges have agreed on a group of finalists.
Launched in May, the Stonehage Fleming XV (SFXV) is a new initiative that selects and celebrates fifteen successful women in business. The criteria? They all exhibit the positive characteristics of the Four Pillars of Capital model – our core belief that a family’s social, intellectual and cultural capital are as important to intergenerational health as its financial capital.
All based in the UK, candidates for the inaugural SFXV were nominated from a wide range of sectors and industries. For weeks, the judges – four internal and four external, who have acted as ambassadors of each of the Four Pillars of Capital – have been mulling over the final stage submissions separately. Having scored them against a set of principles, they came together to discuss the final shortlist and make their concluding deliberations.
The SFXV demonstrates Stonehage Fleming’s commitment to understanding the investment and family office requirements of successful women and, more broadly, to being a diverse and inclusive business.
The final selection – a group of impressive women whose experience, talent and leadership have earned them a spot in the top 15 – will be announced over the coming weeks.
