Join Doris Sommavilla in conversation with Rania Azmi and Sonya Sadhawani as they discuss Resilience in times of adversity.

We would be delighted if you would join us for the first webinar in a new series of events under the Stonehage Fleming World Series - 'Women supporting Women'.

The first event, ‘Resilience in times of adversity’, will be hosted by Stonehage Fleming’s Doris Sommavilla, with special guests Rania Azmi, Founder and Member at Alexandrite Decisions and Wharton's Executive Advisory Boards, and Sonya Sadhawani, Director of Brand Management at Melcom Group of Companies, all of whom have experienced and will share the difficulties and challenges women face in and outside business. The panel will be sharing their life experiences, how they overcame adversity and the lessons they learned in order to rise to success.

‘Women supporting Women’ was created in collaboration with Nadine Kammerlander, PHD professor at WHU, Head of Diversity division, Germany, Elizabeth Bagger, Director General IFB UK and Sasha Lund, Founder & MD, Core Values Consulting. These informal sessions have been designed to encourage open and honest conversations between like-minded women.

To encourage an open, safe environment for our guests we will be operating under Chatham house rules. You will also have the opportunity to ask Doris, Rania and Sonya any questions following the presentation.
